Inclusion in the workplace is a cornerstone of modern organizational success. INTERGENDERACTION emphasizes the importance of eliminating stereotypes that contribute to intergenerational conflict, fostering environments where individuals of all ages and backgrounds collaborate effectively.

According to a recent study, nearly 40% of employees across Europe report challenges related to generational differences in the workplace, with communication styles, work ethics, and career expectations being key sources of tension (Eurostat, 2022). Furthermore, the rise of young, empowered women in leadership roles highlights a pressing need for traditional organizations to adapt, as women in leadership positions now represent 28% of the total workforce—a figure that continues to grow.

However, barriers remain: only 12% of senior management roles in traditional industries are held by women under 35, reflecting structural resistance to change. This gap not only limits opportunities for women but also hampers organizations from realizing the benefits of diverse leadership perspectives.

By addressing these challenges, INTERGENDERACTION seeks to cultivate workplaces that celebrate diversity, embrace adaptability, and promote equity—ensuring that every employee, regardless of age or gender, can thrive.
