INTERGENDERACTION

A gendered approach to the resolution of Intergenerational Conflicts in Workplaces.

INTERGENDERACTION has been funded with the support
of the Erasmus+ Programme. The project commenced
in October 2024 and runs until September 2026.

The purpose
of this project

“INTERGENDERACTION ” central objetive is to promote inclusion in the workplace by addressing and eliminating stereotypes that lead to intergenerational conflict. By focusing on intergenerational dynamics, the project aims to create harmonious work environments where people of all ages can work together effectively, regardless of differences in values, goals, perspectives or work ethics.

In addition, INTERGENDERACTION incorporates a gender perspective to address the challenges associated with the growing presence of young, empowered women in leadership roles. These changes can sometimes create tensions within organisations with conservative structures that are unaccustomed to managing diverse and modern workforces.

Through its implementation, the project aims to promote understanding, adaptability and equity within organisations, paving the way for inclusive and collaborative workplaces that value the contribution of every employee.
